Danese is a native Texan who graduated nursing school from Lamar University in 2001. She was one of two students selected for the Nurse Apprenticeship program in Emergency/Trauma department. After several years in Emergency Medicine, she transitioned to surgical services specializing in both trauma and plastic/reconstructive surgery. It was during that time she developed an interest in wellness and disease prevention. She decided to return to school to obtain her MSN and specialize as a Family Nurse Practitioner to be able to care for patients across their life span. She continued her education by obtaining a Functional Medicine certification and continues to pursue the latest in disease prevention, wellness, and health optimization. She is currently practicing at Ways2Well and feels this is the most ideal approach to health optimization. She sees patients online, so it is convenient and personalized. She feels that each patient is unique in both goals and potential outcomes, so she employs multiple diagnostic tools such as laboratory data and genetic testing to design a treatment pathway tailored to the individual patient.



Kayla graduated from nursing school at Texas Tech in 2013. From there, she began working at Seton Medical Center in the ICU step-down unit. After several years as a nurse in critical care, Kayla developed an interest in health promotion and disease prevention. She decided to return to school at the George Washington University to obtain her MSN and follow her passion in specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Kayla is currently practicing at Ways2Well and is focused on helping each patient feel their best and healthiest.



Kristen is a Louisiana native who has lived in Texas for the last decade. She graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing where she became a Registered Nurse. She continued her education by graduating magna cum laude with a Master of Science in Adult Gerontology Acute Care as a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. Her work history includes having worked for a large East Texas nephrology practice treating patients with chronic kidney disease. Subsequently, she worked full time for a prominent Houston plastic surgeon and has extensive experience in inpatient care for patients recovering from reconstructive breast cancer surgery. Additionally, Kristen has a passion for learning and continued education, therefore, she has continued to work as a nursing instructor over the past 5 years. Very altruistic by nature, Kristen cares deeply for her patients and is always on a mission to exceed their expectations.



Dr. Grant is a Board-Certified Urologist and native Texan. After completing medical school at Texas Tech University School of Medicine, he continued his training at Baylor Scott and White Health. Dr. Grant now practices in Paris, Texas, where he specializes in an array of urology conditions. He is a nationally recognized expert in comprehensive testosterone optimization and hormone replacement treatments. Dr. Grant is passionate about preventative care and helping patients achieve optimal health.
